Maureen Hightower is a Florida REALTOR® serving Palm Coast, Flagler County, and the surrounding Northeast Florida communities. Known for her attentive listening, strong advocacy, and client-first approach, she is committed to helping buyers and sellers achieve their real estate goals with confidence and clarity.

Maureen brings a unique combination of professional expertise and service-oriented experience to every transaction. Before entering real estate, she spent decades as a speech-language pathologist, developing exceptional communication, problem-solving, and advocacy skills that now benefit her real estate clients. As a licensed Florida REALTOR® for more than a decade, she combines those strengths with extensive industry knowledge, advanced training, and a commitment to lifelong learning.

An active leader within the real estate profession, Maureen served as the 2020 President of the Flagler Network of the Women's Council of REALTORS® and currently serves as the 2025 Events Director. She also holds the Performance Network Management (PNM) designation, enabling her to collaborate with a nationwide network of trusted real estate professionals and provide high-level referral and relocation services.

Maureen proudly works alongside her husband, Ray Hightower, as part of the NextHome Endless Summer team. Together, they provide clients with the benefit of a collaborative husband-and-wife partnership, offering complementary strengths, personalized service, and unwavering support throughout the buying and selling process.

Since relocating to Palm Coast in 2013, Maureen has developed a deep appreciation for the area's coastal lifestyle, natural beauty, and growing communities. She enjoys helping newcomers, retirees, relocating families, and local residents discover the opportunities that make Northeast Florida such a desirable place to call home.
